Our Grand Rapids, MI location is currently looking for an Operations Manager to develop and lead our growing team of technicians in this region. The ideal Operations Manager candidate will have ample experience leading and coaching a team and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get in the trenches. The perfect candidate will hold the bar high when it comes to customer service and be capable of motivating other to do great things. To succeed in this role, you must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, have the ability to multi-task and prioritize, and have excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
- Inspire and Lead: Manage team of 20+ direct reports, fostering a culture of teamwork, respect and excellence
- Elevate Standards: Ensure the highest quality of service, from team performance to the appearance of vehicles, facilities and grounds
- Hire Great Talent: Fully staff branch to meet customer demand and sales goals
- Develop Talent: Coach and train your team on continuous sales goals, technical knowledge and soft skill development
- Drive Success: Motivate your team to exceed customer expectations and achieve performance goals
- Problem-Solve: Handle escalated customer concerns and oversee operational challenges with confidence
- Collaborate Across Teams: Act as a key liaison between your location and company departments to streamline operations
- Facility Management: Maintain cleanliness, security and operation of your branch
Requirements
- Leadership Experience: 3+ years of managing teams and driving results
- Customer Service Experience: 3+ years of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Tech Savviness: Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive and resourceful approach to challenges
- Bonus Points: Experience in sales and/or public speaking
