Outside Sales Representative

Pay: $60,000-$90,000 (Salary and Commission)

Modernistic is currently looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join our rapidly growing team. This is a B2B sales position in the Kalamazoo/Battle Creek areas. The candidate we select will inherit a book of business and be responsible for preserving those relationships and growing their assigned territory. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, who is driven to make and close sales while building lasting relationships with customers and become their trusted advisor.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Estimate services and close deals with new and existing customers
  • Provide exceptional and timely communication to clients
  • Meet or exceed commercial sales goals/metrics

Requirements

  • 3+ years B2B sales experience preferred
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
  • Must be able to pass a drug test & background check
  • Valid Michigan driver's license and good driving record
